These Terms ("Agreement") govern the purchase and enrollment of any practice ("Client") in the Invisalign Team Training Bootcamp offered by Clear Coaching LTD ("Provider"), located at 3006 Corte Hermosa, Newport Beach, CA 92660. By purchasing or enrolling in the program, Client agrees to be bound by the terms below as of the date of purchase ("Effective Date").

1. Program Overview
   
   Client is enrolling in the Invisalign Team Training Bootcamp, a 12-month program designed to enhance team performance, aligner system management and case acceptance. The program includes:

• Live Coaching & Accountability Calls – Interactive sessions with Allison Lacoursiere and the Clear Coaching team.
• Direct Access to Experts – Ongoing support via our private community for questions, guidance and resources.
• Full-Practice Training & CE-Accredited Video Lessons – Comprehensive lessons for every team role.
• Proven Step-by-Step Implementation Systems – Streamlined, repeatable processes for predictable results.
• Ready-to-Use Resources – Templates, contracts, trackers and scripts to implement immediately.
• Goal & Production Tracking Tools – Tools to monitor progress, celebrate wins and measure results.

Monthly Coaching Schedule:

• Dental Hygiene Coaching Call | 1x/month on Mondays – 4:00 PM PST
• Management Coaching Call | 1x/month on Tuesdays – 10:00 AM PST
• TC & Closing Coaching Call | 1x/month on Wednesdays – 1:00 PM PST

Additional Program Access:

• Kajabi Portal – All training modules and resources live here.
• Bootcamp Community – Private group for support, updates and networking.
  
  

2. Term
   
   This Agreement commences on the Effective Date and continues for 12 months ("Term").
   
   
3. Payment Terms

• Program Fee: $675/monthly or $6,600 USD/annually for the full 12-month program (payment can be made in full or monthly installments if agreed).
• Payment is due upon purchase and enrollment in the program.
  
  

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Client acknowledges this is a 12-month program and agrees that cancellation or termination is not permitted until the completion of the full Term.
• No refunds will be issued for any reason during or after the program.
  
  

5. Responsibilities

• Provider: Deliver coaching sessions, resources and support as outlined above.
• Client: Ensure team participation, provide timely feedback and utilize resources to implement program strategies.
  
  

6. Confidentiality
   
   Both parties agree that all proprietary information, training materials and client data will remain confidential.
   
   
7. Limitation of Liability
   
   Provider is not responsible for Client's individual results. Program outcomes depend on team participation, implementation and practice variables.
   
   
8. Governing Law
   
   This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
   
   
9. Entire Agreement
   
   This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements.
