Discovering your Super Power with VP of Align Technology Deb LaBelle!

Deb leads Align Technology Canada. Prior to joining Align in 2022, Deb served as VP & GM, Philips Canada, where she led the Personal Health business for three years of profitable growth and received two product of the year awards.

Deb lead the Dental and Ortho Business for 3M Canada and held various strategic roles over 5 years at 3M in leading the DIY Consumer Packaged Goods business, National Director of Sales, New Business Development, and Insights & Analytics Leader.  Prior to 3M Deb held various marketing, sales and medical education roles in the Pharmaceutical industry working with companies such as Pfizer, Graceway, Medicis. Deb has sponsored women’s leadership initiatives throughout her career and serves as board member of the Dental Industry Association of Canada and previously the Food, Health, and Consumer Products of Canada. Deb holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce, with a concentration in major marketing.

She completed the Women’s Leadership Program with Yale School of Management Executive Education in 2022 and the Building and Leading Effective Teams program with Columbia Business School in 2017.
