As a female leadership coach, Allison is passionate about empowering women in dentistry to reach their full potential. A respected faculty member of Align Technology, Upgrade Dental, and the Dental Speakers Institute, she focuses on helping dental offices improve culture and revenue through streamlined operations and effective team dynamics.

DR. KAREEN JONES

Founding Board Member

Dr. Kareen Jones turned her childhood fear of dental visits into a mission to create positive patient experiences. Inspired by her mother’s determination to preserve teeth, she is deeply committed to dental health and hygiene. Her focus on Invisalign revolutionized her practice, leading to the founding of Atria Clinique Dentaire in 2021. Balancing a demanding career and raising four children, Dr. Jones exemplifies perseverance and growth. Her dedication to empowering women is shaping a better path for future leaders in digital dentistry.

DR. ANDREA HO-FATT

Founding Board Member

Dr. Andrea Ho-Fatt combines over 20 years of expertise in orthodontics, airway health, and dental sleep medicine with a passion for patient care and education. A Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine and a Gold Plus Invisalign provider, she integrates cutting-edge technology with personalized treatment. As a WIDD mentor, Dr. Ho-Fatt empowers dentists to elevate their practices through innovative, health-focused approaches to dentistry.

DR. AMANDA HILL

Founding Board Member

Dr. Hill has been a dedicated dentist in Pictou County since 2008, earning accolades such as the Canadian Dental Association President’s Award for her leadership and humanity. Named one of the Top 50 Under-40 Leaders in Atlantic Canada, Amanda’s passion for community and dentistry shines through her involvement in various local and professional organizations.

In 2017, she opened her own clinic, where she specializes in cosmetic and implant dentistry. Known for her cheerful approach and commitment to continuous learning, Dr. Hill is a true 'dental nerd' who loves keeping her knowledge current. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring local trails with her family.

DR. ALLISON ROWEIN

Born and raised in Sherwood Park, Dr. Allie has been practicing dentistry for a decade. Her childhood fascination with dentistry led her to a career dedicated to transforming smiles and building strong patient relationships. Dr. Allie cherishes the joy of revealing new smiles and creating a calm, comfortable dental experience for her patients.

When she's not in the clinic, Dr. Allie spends time with her family, enjoying skiing and adventures with her husband, Chris, and their kids, Stella & Simon. We're thrilled to have Dr. Allie on board, helping us empower women in dentistry!

From her first dental visit at age 11, Dr. Randhawa's passion for dentistry was ignited by compassionate care. Overcoming challenges after moving from India to Canada, she excelled at UBC's dental program and restructured her practice after becoming a mother, embracing digital dentistry and Invisalign.
